Adventures in Entrepreneurship

About

Welcome to this new adventure… this is an ongoing blog of lessons learned through the start-up of a business. It’s actually been running for some time now, but we’ve just now figured it may be worth blogging over. Some of the information may be non-sequitur, as some of the information is recounted long after they occurred. As well, this is documenting the adventures of the corporate officers of an active, working for-profit, American based corporation. Some information regarding the actual identity of the corporation, it’s officers and employees, as well as other names of real people or businesses will likely be changed or masked. Any resemblance to any real individual or business, or any actual business relationship is purely coincidental. While the information and concepts represented here are accurate, to preserve the integrity of a living corporation, obviously this sensitive information will need to be protected.

The author is a serial entrepreneur and has been involved in the start-up of at least 4 businesses in the Silicon Valley, ranging from sole-proprietorship, general partnerships, C and S Corporations. With a background ranging from retail managements to technology director, along with code developer and business consultant. Recently invoking on a brand new venture in Mid-2008, things are exciting and growing well.

The key to business success it to pick yourself up and keep going forward, pressing the envelope. There will be plenty of people and situations to knock you down, but pick yourself up and charge forward!
